HR Administrator - 12 month FTC

A brilliant opportunity has just today become available to join a prestigious and well-known company based in Maidenhead. This client is looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 12-month FTC.

Previous HR experience is not a must, it is also a great opportunity for someone looking to develop in this area! A strong administrative background dealing with sensitive information however, is a must.

Salary c£20,500 dependant on experience

Key duties to include:

  • General HR administration, including recruitment and learning and development
  • Assisting with data cleansing and maintenance of HR records, both hard copy and electronic
  • Requesting data from staff and tracking the return of any outstanding information
  • Supporting other HR projects, as required
  • Arranging meetings and appointments

Key skills & attributes required:

  • Must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to keep well-organised
  • Ability to handle often very sensitive data and apply discretion at all times
  • Must be pro-active with good common sense to problem solve issues that may arise
  • Ability to work independently is a must

This client offers excellent benefits alongside the salary, with working hours being: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday & 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday
