As HR Administrator, you’ll be the glue that holds the HR team together. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) for managers and employees alike, helping with anything HR-related, whether it’s recruitment, onboarding, or answering day-to-day questions. Here’s a taste of what you’ll do:

  • Be the go-to HR contact, keeping communication smooth and efficient
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding
  • Take charge of employee records, manage the HR filing system, and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Track and report on staff training, set up CPD hours, and help arrange courses
  • Get creative with data – generating reports and providing insights on HR metrics
  • Dive into the action with HR projects that boost employee engagement and wellbeing

The Package

Salary: £28,000 + 12% discretionary bonus

Key Requirements

  • Super-organised, top-notch administration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Great communication skills
  • Ideally, a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it)
  • Experience in an HR setting is a bonus, but if you’ve got the skills, they’ve got the training
