HR Administrator

Experienced HR Administrator required to support a busy fast-moving HR department. This position will be on a month by month basis and will be working from home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the HR department with the administration of recruitment activities, adhering to policy and procedure
  • Managing the process for new starters and leavers, including keeping up to date documentation and records
  • Managing the administrative process for employee benefits, including liaison with payroll
  • Helping to review and develop HR policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to the L and D function
  • Managing the SAP process for the HR Department, including budgetary tracking
  • Issuing employment contracts and reference letters

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience of HR administration within large blue chip or global organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of SAP HR preferred
