We have an exceptional opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our client's HR team on an initial 12 month contract. Reporting to the HR Representative for North EMEA, you will be responsible for the organization and management of the HR administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the HR department for the North EMEA region (UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland).

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced HR Administrator but would potentially consider candidates with a little HR experience.

A 2nd language would be ideal but isn't essential (German, Danish, Finnish, French or Swedish).

Contract to start 4th Jan for 12 months, salary up to £25k dep on experience.

Duties
* Ensure employee files are kept up to date and in line with GDPR requirements.
* Responsible for pre-employment checks and issue contracts of employment and contract amendments.
* Manage the new hire on-boarding process.
* Manage the leaver process for employees exiting the business.
* Responsible for the administration of employee changes, transfers, promotions etc.
* Assist with the administration of all employee benefits.
* Involvement in ad hoc HR projects and any other HR related tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required.
* First line support in relation to HR system (iTrent) queries.

Skills/Experience
* Experience working in a busy HR team is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and intermediate Excel skills with the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.
* Ability to build strong relationships both within the HR team and across all departments.
* Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise their workload while operating with a sense of urgency.
* Confident communications skills, both written and verbal, face to face and over the telephone.
* Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter.
* Ability to act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity.
* Knowledge of HR systems (iTrent is desirable but not essential).
