Our client, an established organisation based in High Wycombe are looking for a HR Advisor to be the first point of contact to business employees and managers. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team in delivering the Company's Strategic Plan and HR Strategy focusing largely on people data analysis, reporting and business as usual employee relations, engagement and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Advice and guidance for employees on HR policies and processes
* HR administration activities e.g. note taking in meetings
* Exit interviews & analysis
* Recruitment assessments & advertising
* Liaising with third-party suppliers including the PSL & outsourced partners for accurate and timely sharing of data for payroll and Business Continuity Plan
* Flexible benefits administration & guidance
* Training co-ordination, planning & guidance (and once qualified delivery of training)
* General correspondence relating to employment & recruitment
* Timely & accurate analysis, reporting & maintenance of HR metrics & other management information as required (such as absence rates, recruitment KPIs, turnover, workforce profiles & Payroll etc.)
* Publishing to the intranet & production of employee communications materials
* Continuous professional development

Additional Requirements

* Educated to at least A-level standard with a GCSE or equivalent standard at Grade C or above in English.
* An accreditation, qualification or demonstrable highly competent use of MS Office, IFS and ADP or similar to a high standard would be advantageous
* Able to travel when required to the Greenford site or elsewhere in the UK for training.
* Able to keep confidences and handles sensitive information appropriately
* Previous HR experience necessary ideally to a minimum CIPD level 5
* The successful candidate must be capable of achieving security (SC) clearance as a minimum
