Looking to kickstart your career in HR within a hugely unique, fast paced environment in a state-of-the-art office in Slough? You will play a key role in providing general advice to employees and line managers regarding HR matters. Our client will consider all levels of HR experience but it essential that you are ambitious, motivated and career driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general advice to employees and line managers regarding absence, holidays, maternity/paternity and general HR policies
  • Taking ownership of end to end HR administrative support, including new starters, change of detail and leavers on the database
  • Support HR department in conducting investigations regarding sickness and time keeping
  • Provide administration and generalist support to the HR team as required

Key Skills

  • Previous experience working in a busy environment
  • Positive, friendly, hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
