HR Generalist (6 month contract)

Reporting to the HR Director

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

* Deliver an effective HR service that supports the business including HR advice and guidance and administration of all HR processes and procedures.

* Employee Relations - undertake investigations and lead on employee appeals.

* Provide effective advice and support to employees and managers on the full range of Company HR policies and procedures including maternity, paternity, holiday, and Company benefit entitlements.

* Provide support to Recruitment Officer including interviewing.

* Provide support for managers and staff on HR issues including employment legislation and performance management.

Do I have what it takes?

* Proven experience of providing a range of Generalist HR support covering recruitment, training, development and ER.

* Educated to degree or equivalent experience

* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR good practice

* Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR

* Previous experience of working at strategic level

* Experience managing a team
