An opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to take on a standalone role at a creative brand agency in Windsor. This role encompasses all HR tasks and ideal candidates will be really energetic, ambitious, and knowledgeable about all things HR with a 100% 'can-do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the senior management team to advise them on all aspects of HR as the company expands
- Looking after all recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management
- Employee relations
- Benefits management
- Offering support and advice across the company
- Growing and driving HR as a function

Key Skills:
- Must be CIPD qualified
- Must have a wealth of experience within all aspects of HR, including managerial level
- Must be confident and proactive
- Experience in a standalone role would be highly beneficial
