Our client, a successful organisation going through a huge period of growth, is looking for a bright, personable, approachable and flexible HR Manager to join their team and work closely with and support the Deputy HR Director.

ou will be the first point of contact for all areas of HR Management, and will have strong generalist HR knowledge/experience.

Knowledge and experience in Payroll is also essential for this role.

Some duties include
* To provide proactive and efficient HR support to the business
* To support the Deputy Director with ER matters i.e., coach and advice line managers on all aspects of HRM
* To support the Deputy HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies
* To be responsible for day-to-day HR administration including database and personnel file management, production of monthly/quarterly HR statistical reports, contract and offer letter administration, probation review confirmations, reference request and replies, varied employee letters, notices and memos, internal communication via e-mail, updating of HR spreadsheets, exit interviews and resignation acknowledgements etc.
* To manage the payroll for employees including production of year-end statements
* Support with maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures
* Reviewing and delivering the HR induction program to new starters
* To support the Graduate Program and to actively take part in the Assessment Centres
* To provide support in creating HR policies and procedures
* To provide the Deputy HR Director with recruitment support
* To support the Deputy HR Director with reviewing and maintaining (or design) the core Training programmes
* Supporting the e-learning system for the relevant employees

* Degree educated, preferably in Human Resources Management
* Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience and experience with Graduate programme
* CIPD or training equivalent qualified (full or part qualified) preferable
* Experience of delivering in-house training
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
* Experience in payroll
* Ability to manage projects
