Our client, a worldwide company with their European HQ in Marlow, is looking for a flexible, highly motivated and team orientated HR Officer/Advisor to join their small HR team in this newly created role.

Our client is offering a generous basic salary plus 10% bonus plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, dental insurance, pension scheme and gym allowance plus much more.

Key Responsibilities
* Build effective working relationships and provide advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues
* Implementation and co-ordination of HR officer tasks (Policies, event organisation, standards etc.)
* The candidate will work closely with the HR Management EHQ team based to support recruitment activities. Based on roles and experience this could include:
 Recruitment of the right person for a role utilising the best selection method in a timely manner
 Liaising with recruiting agencies
 Filtering of CV's
 Scheduling interviews with all participants
 Send out rejection letter to unsuccessful candidates
 Contractual administration
* Ensure all data on manual and computerised records is accurate and up to date and provide accurate and timely reports when required
* Filing of documents into personnel records
* Manage compliance with the Data Protection Act
* Supporting the HR Manager L&D in the administration of the Graduate Assessment Centre
* Undertake projects which will support the Company's Aims/Strategies and/or improve the effectiveness of HR

* Degree educated with experience working as an HR Advisor or Administrator
* Preferably CIPD or training equivalent qualified (full or part qualified) preferable
* Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with many departments at various levels and across EMEA
* Management of many different work streams simultaneously
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* A team player and assist others when needed
* Ability to use a common-sense approach to problem solving
* Confidential in all matters with a professional approach
* Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Willingness to travel within EMEA region
