HR Office required for a thriving business in Bracknell. HR or recruitment experience would be beneficial, thought his company is happy to look at bright, enthusiastic admin candidate who are keen to pursue a HR career.

The role will focus quite a lot around recruitment and dealing with 3rd part agencies, as well as managing the day to day HR function alongside the General Manager.

Skills required:

  • A very high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong IT abilities
  • Must enjoy working with people and providing a consultative approach
  • Must have the ability work well under pressure whilst managing a heavy workload
