Our client, a leading luxury brand based in beautiful offices near Henley on Thames, is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Import/Export Coordinator to assist with the daily functions of the Logistics department.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in logistics, dispatch or as a warehouse administrator with a good understanding of the import/export process.

Key Responsibilities
* Organising shipments, collections and ensuring deliveries are sent on time
* Ensuring all goods are quality checked as part of the packing process
* Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
* Emailing daily dispatch reminders
* Stock control of all products and materials
* Maintaining a tidy and safe dispatch room
* Dispatching other company goods
* Occasional manual handling of heavy goods

Key Skills
* Must understand the Export/Import process
* Previous experience working in logistics, dispatch or as a warehouse administrator
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Great attention to detail and organization skills
* Enjoys working alone or as part of a team
* Manual handling
* Stock control
* Experience of FEDEX management systems
