This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and rapidly expanding organisation as an Inside Sales Representative.

This is a full time position, but for the right candidate, part time/ flexible working hours will be considered.

Salary £20,000 - £22,000 DOE plus up to 20% of salary in bonuses.

The Inside Sales Representative will be required to develop and maintain growing relationships with existing customers, promote sales of products, achieve set sales targets, maintain customer base, and develop new customers, in order to achieve individual, departmental and company goals and objectives.


  • Establish and maintain consistent selling activity to customers
  • Prepare quotes
  • Achieve set sales targets
  • Provide telephone training to the customer on application and use of the company's products
  • Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service
  • Effectively handle and "cross-sell" incoming sales calls, educate clients on product offerings and types of services
  • Prospect new customers
  • Follow up sales leads
  • Maintain set minimum sales call rate
  • Use CRM for source and update outcomes in CRM
  • Work closely with field sales team to pass on sales leads needing a customer visit
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety, security and ISO work instructions
  • Demonstrate a high standard of work ethics and professionalism to peers, superiors and external contacts at all times
  • Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times
  • Provide office administration support
  • Provide office cover for holiday and sickness
  • Occasional travel for business needs including overnight as necessary

Skills and experience:

  • Previous telephone sales experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and plan to meet sales goals
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions within department/company guidelines
  • Ability to establish and maintain moderately complex documentation systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, orally and in writing, with employees of various disciplines within various departments, and all other internal and external contacts
  • Ability to accurately perform detail-oriented work
  • Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Ability to coordinate and synchronise multiple project
  • Ability to function to handle confidential data
  • Ability to use MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
