Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist on behalf of our client, who are global leaders in providing engineered solutions!

You will be responsible for providing inside sales support with specialised sales focus on the development of the UK customer base

Location: Slough (On-site Parking)

Salary: up to £25,000 + bonus

Your general duties will include:

  • Daily Quote and Order Processing
  • Monitoring and following up on all quote activity in a timely manner
  • Cross selling, ensuring all customer requirements are identified
  • Updating customer records on in house computer system
  • Updating customers of any shipping changes
  • Providing key accounts with weekly order status report
  • Tracking all returns authorisations
  • Leading the internal business development of products within the UK, supporting and developing the following internal functions
  • Developing the marketing strategy to customers including telemarketing, mail shots and press releases
  • Liaising with customers to establish order schedules and forecasts

What we're looking for:

  • Previous sales experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate using Microsoft packages
  • Excellent Communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Innovative and confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and highly motivated
