This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and ambitious graduate to join a global company that has 19 UK offices and have been named one of the top 100 'most innovative companies'.

This is a new position in the Recruitment department, created to help them accelerate their recruitment activities. You will be offered a generous basic salary, with a quarterley bonus, private medical care, subsidised gym membership and other benefits!

Key responsibilities:

  • CV screening
  • 1st stage, online interview evaluation
  • Face to face interviewing
  • Organise final interviewing
  • Recruitment database administration
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to keep volume of CV's high
  • Interview day coordination
  • Candidate feedback
  • Travel to other regional offices on occasion (Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Dublin, Milton Keynes)

Key skills:

  • Must be educated to degree level
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft-based application, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in recruitment beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
  • Approaches work with a high sense of urgency
  • Enjoys working in a highly target driven environment
