A fantastic opportunity has opened with a client based in the outskirts of Maidenhead, they are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant who ideally has experience working in the medical/health sector.

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £32k to £36k

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build effective relationships with potential candidates
  • Identify and source appropriate candidates through
  • Review applications in a timely manner and conduct effective telephone screening with potential candidates
  • Manage all stages of the hiring process through scheduling interviews, providing feedback and arranging on site meetings with internal and external staff
  • Engage in proactive candidate generation every week to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Provide a very high level of customer service to candidates at all times

What Skills/Experience is required?

  • 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment role
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical/medical/health industry would be beneficial
  • Tenacious with a strong customer focus
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Results orientated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
