Internal Recruitment Coordinator

This is a fast paced company and a great role supporting the HR and Recruitment Team. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running with their existing agency or in-house recruitment experience to support this team who are currently experiencing an increase in work load.

The vacancies you will be recruiting for will be office based at approximate volumes of 12-15 at one time.

You will be dealing with the whole life-cycle of the recruitment process independently (after some initial training) which will include the following duties:

  • Liaising with line managers, discussing job briefs and approvals
  • Advertising jobs and sourcing CVs independently using external job boards (Linked In, etc)
  • Sifting through applications
  • Sending CVs to recruiting line managers
  • Sending out application forms
  • Setting up interviews
  • Attending some interviews as and when required

The key requirement is existing Recruitment experience ideally within a fast paced environment, we are looking for people who are keen to make the transition from agency to on-site recruitment so please do not hesitate to apply if you have purely an agency background. You will be able to work from home or the office which is based in High Wycombe.

This is an urgent requirement to start immediately for a period of up to 8 weeks, this could be extended however is not guaranteed. The hours are full time Monday to Friday. Experience is essential. Please do not delay in applying!
