Due to the increasing demand of our client's unique system, there has been an exponential increase in workload schedules for 2018 and beyond. They therefore require an ambitious and tenacious Internal Sales Coordinator to join the expanding Sales team function.

This role is pivotal in bringing the field and office based team together and being the real go-to person for any queries and help with quoting/presentations/following up warm leads and coordinating the whole sales team in general

The ideal applicant will need to be able to prioritise workload, multitask and be adaptable to change. The desire and ambition to grow and achieve great success with the company is key.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission (structure to be discussed with successful applicant).

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • This role is generally office based with telephone calls, online analysis and support of the Sales Director & external sales team forming the major tasks of any given day
  • Warm lead generation is another part of the role, any leads will be passed through to the correct external sales team member for onward business interactions. Must have a strong consultative approach to be able to fully assist any potential clients that call into the office.
  • Managing information on live and tendered projects across the existing customer base covering all sectors while adding further new business opportunity to the existing portfolio of customers in liaison with the external sales team
  • Support to the external sales team shall be essential with task such as proposal creation, warm introductions & other administrative sales tasks forming part of day to day duties.
