You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient pensions administration service to clients, whilst participating in achieving team objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities will include…

  • Updating relevant pension administration databases and systems
  • Logging and scanning post/correspondence
  • Handling both DWP and HMRC queries
  • Receiving and handling internal and external telephone queries
  • Running automated systems calculations
  • Performing manual benefits calculations
  • Returning original documentation and certificates to customer
  • Developing a basic knowledge and awareness of their clients and associated schemes
  • Assisting the team with project related work e.g. bulk mailshots
  • Working closely with other departments/teams both internal and external

Your Experience, Education and Skills…

Essential

  • A minimum of Grade B in GCSE Maths
  • Strong numerical skills and IT proficient, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good oral and written communication skills with effective interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused approach
  • Committed to progressing a pensions administration career
  • Self-motivated approach to professional and personal development
