We're looking for a Junior Pensions Administrator to join our client based in Wokingham who offer fantastic career development and the opportunity to complete your Certificate in Pension Calculations (CPC) followed by the Advanced Diploma.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Updating relevant pension administration databases and systems
  • Logging and scanning post/correspondence
  • Receiving and handling internal and external telephone queries
  • Running automated systems calculations
  • Developing a basic knowledge and awareness of their clients and associated schemes
  • Working closely with other departments/teams both internal and external

Your Experience, Education and Skills…

  • Educated to A Level standard
  • A minimum of Grade B in GCSE Maths
  • Strong numerical skills and IT proficient, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good oral and written communication skills with effective interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused approach
  • Self-motivated approach to professional and personal development
