Our client, a highly successful telecoms company in Marlow, is looking for a Key Account Manager to proactively maximise the sales of mobile handsets and associated products and services to the IT and B2B channel. The Key Account Manager will also provide account management to our client's key partners.

The successful candidate must have a proven track in sales and able to work in a high pressure environment.

£25,000 basic plus £4200 car allowance OTE £40,000.

Duties include

  • Pro-actively sell our client's portfolio of mobile devices, associated products and services to specific key channel partners
  • Professional account management of existing accounts
  • Identify, target and sell to new accounts
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly unit, revenue and gross profit targets
  • Gain a full and comprehensive knowledge of key partner's business models
  • Develop and deliver regular account reviews and business development meeting plans
  • Produce consistent meeting review documentation and development plans
  • Develop strong and multi-level relationships with all key partners
  • Develop comprehensive short and medium term business pipeline plans for all partners
  • Pro-actively promote internal and external promotional marketing campaigns and activity

  • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel within the UK
  • Must be an excellent telephone communicator with the ability to learn about new products and services quickly to present them verbally to clients
  • Experience in IT verticals, telecoms or solutions including MDM is a preference although not essential as training will be provided
