Learning Management Coordinator

Our client, based on the outskirts of Wokingham, is seeking a highly organised administrator with experience of organising courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the logistics associated with the running of educational courses.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of courses and being main point of contact on the day of the courses.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers - hotels, transport providers etc.
  • Ensuring all technology/equipment is functioning and set up.
  • Sourcing new promotional materials.
  • Managing all PO and overall budget.
  • Dealing with daily enquiries from the end users.
  • Utilising the Learning Management System to co-ordinate all learning activities including face to face and virtual.
  • To start ASAP and will continue on a temporary basis for 18 months.
  • Based on the outskirts of Wokingham, with parking.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in organising courses.
  • Competent with various digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • High level on MS Excel.
