Learning Management Coordinator - Long term until 2021

Our client are a leading pharmaceutical company based in Wokingham, and they're looking for a Learning Management Coordinator to join them on a long term contractual basis (until end of 2021).

The ideal candidate would have experience of organising training courses and be skilled at using eCRM systems such as Salesforce, virtual conferencing platforms e.g. Adobe connect, and learning management systems such as Absorb.They are a fantastic company to work for and are paying a generous hourly rate of up to £14 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the logistics associated with the running of education courses and activities
- Manage the needs of customers and faculty members when attending courses
- Utilise the Learning Management System to coordinate and manage all learning activities, including both face-to-face and virtual
- Organisation and planning of educational events, e-learning and digital education including management of agencies
- Managing the overall Professional Education & Development budget
- Understand how the website is used as an educational tool to support and promote learning
- Providing administrative support for the Professional Education & Development manager
- Ensure faculty and other suppliers have necessary contracts in place before undertaking work
- Manage supplier relationships e.g. hotels, transport providers, take appropriate action if the required level of service delivered falls short
- Ensure technology is set up and functioning to support the running of courses
- Source promotional materials
- Manage PO activities for the Professional Education & Development function
- Deal with day to day enquiries of end users e.g. resetting passwords, resolving technical difficulties with the website from an end user perspective

Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in organising courses
- High level skills in administrating and using learning management systems (especially Absorb), eCRM systems (SalesForce) and virtual conference platforms (Adobe Connect)
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in dealing with people at all levels, including senior health care professionals
- Ability to manage budgets, use of ARIBA would be beneficial
- Be confident to manage day to day courses on your own
