Seeking a recently qualified Lawyer, who is keen to move into a commericial environment and support the Head of Legal.

Our client are based in the heart of Windsor and part of the gaming/IT industry. They are a friendly, fun company, with a busy and fast paced working environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Handling day to day legal matters
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Providing general commercial law advice to all areas of the business and liasing with members of the business at all levels and in each of the branches
- Terms for the supply of goods
- Licence agreements
- Advertising agreements
- Software development agreements
- Working with and managing external legal counsel where appropriate, including instructing on disputes or advice.
- Obtaining management approval for all contracts
- Data protection

Key skills:

- Experience of commercial law and of drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
- Good working knowledge of competition law in the context of commercial arrangements and practices
- A good working knowledge of data protection laws, consumer law, advertising law and/or intellectual property law
