Maintenance Manager

Based in the stunning location of Windsor at a 4 star Hotel. The role as Maintenance Manager is to be wholly responsible for the team and to be hands on with ensuring the hotel and ground are maintained.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing the maintenance of the physical plant, engineering facilities, all electrical and mechanical equipment, kitchen equipment, controls, fire safety systems and the interior and exterior of the hotel.
- Implementing the preventative maintenance programme and proactively planning for capital replacement to ensure continuity of maintenance services.
- Liaising with the appropriate departments to co-ordinate maintenance activities in bedrooms and public areas.
- Ensuring compliance withal health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.

Key skills:
- Similar experience within the Hotel industry
- Supervisor level experience
- Experience of implementing and monitoring health and safety practices and procedures appropriate to the department
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people
- Good IT knowledge
