Market Research Manager - PT, 20 hours per week

Our Client, a global leader in their field are currently looking for a Research Manager to support the team to maintain and enhance the current CRM KPI reporting in place.

If successful, you will primarily be based in the UK however, the role will include international travel!

Key Responsibilities

· Maintains and enhances current CRM KPI-reporting platforms that enable key stakeholders to take appropriate action - leveraging an operational network of IT and local business partners
· Owns the release management process together with IT colleagues to gather requirements for changes/enhancements to current reporting platforms, aligns on priorities with department Heads and ensures a quality release and delivery by development partners
· Transfers knowledge to the organization by maintaining a core set of training materials in order to help business partners accomplish fact-based decision making and have a deeper understanding of the available information and reports.

Qualifications

· Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field with strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required
· Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
· Good knowledge in CRM analytics and performance dashboard generation
· Experience with Qlikview, QlikSense from a business user perspective
· Networker - reaching out and collaborating with other departments
· Detail-oriented and highly organized
· +As a plus: Knowledge in SPSS Statistics and statistical analysis and modeling
· High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
· Ability to meet important deadlines, manage critical initiatives and work well under pressure
· Strong oral and written English communication skills
