Our client, in the water treatment industry, is looking for a Marketing Content and Program Executive to join their team in High Wycombe (however you may be required to attend events and meetings from time to time off site)

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will support key marketing communication activities and programs. The main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of marketing programs and products to market in line with corporate strategy and guidelines, to research relevant topics to aid the creation of content and to increase awareness and effectiveness of the company website throughout the organisation and key markets.

Duties include


  • To manage and implement online and offline marketing programs
  • Creation, planning and execution of campaigns (programs)
  • Support marketing automation
  • Create briefs and wash up reports
  • Communicate relevant message to connect with individual customer personas
  • Ownership of programs by monitoring, analysing and presenting the ROI of each programs/campaigns in
  • Developing Eshots/Enewsletters
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop relevant market programs
  • Writing, proofing and editing for all forms of communications
  • Reporting of marketing activity (KPIs)
  • Arrange and attend marketing events and prospects/customers as required


  • Regular review meetings to be held with the Senior PR and Content Executive to drive the creation of new and repurposed content (press releases/case studies/articles/webinars/social media posts) for programs to deliver a balanced plan
  • Support additional PR activities and content creation as required


  • Keep site content and campaign pages up to date in-line with corporate style and protocols
  • Ensure all commercial, technical, promotional, quality and company information is available and maintained through the websites
  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to plan in any Social Media communication to promote all activities


  • Brief specific and agreed projects with agencies, such as; data sheets, brochures, videos, infographics and AR/VR
  • To be responsible for production of specific support materials
  • Ensure an integrated approach is taken for online and offline communications
  • Research new and innovative ways to deliver communications, when required
  • Support internal communications, as required


  • An enthusiastic, self motivated, passionate team player
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar qualification
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous marketing automation experience desirable
  • Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite
