We're seeking a Marketing Executive for a respectable and established client based in Bracknell

You'll be co-ordinating and providing comprehensive support for all Marketing activities, campaigns and projects. This will involve working closely with internal teams and reporting to the Digital Manager.

Location: Bracknell
Salary: £24,500

A brief outline of your key duties & responsibilities:

  • Act as a key first point of contact for the marketing team
  • Regularly monitor and analyse marketing activity
  • Develop effective working relationships with departments across the company
  • On-going maintenance of the marketing materials
  • Manage and develop image library, carrying out regular audits
  • Manage correspondence and emails
  • Regularly review departmental processes
  • Play a key role in preparing the marketing activity for events and exhibitions
  • Provide marketing support for all events activity
  • To ensure promotional material is up to date and relevant.
  • Co-ordinate the production of a variety of marketing materials
  • Willingness to travel within UK/Ireland and overseas if required
  • Raise purchase orders for the Marketing team, recording and monitoring spend across the various project budgets.

Skills and knowledge required:

  • Relevant and demonstrable work experience in a co-ordinating/organisational role
  • Experience of liaising with and co-ordinating relationships with external suppliers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision,
  • Knowledge of web and social media technologies
  • Proficient in all Microsoft and Adobe software, email marketing software (e.g. dotmailer, MailChimp), financial software (Focal point), ticketing system (Opus) and HR system (PeopleHR)
