Material Analyst (7 - 8 month FTC Maternity Cover)

Our client are a Contract Cleaning Services company based in Slough. They are seeking someone on a Maternity Cover basis for 7 - 8 months, who has experience in stock control, deliveries, advanced Excel skills and SAGE Accounts.

Key responsibilities:
- To process stock check sheets in the materials ordering system
- To follow up late or missing stock checks with the operations team
- To update the materials tracker and assist in the analysis of the data
- To follow up material tracker actions with the Operations team
- Any Ad hoc duties with the agreement of the Managing Director.
- Raise any actual or potential concerns with regards to quality or the environmental system
- Responsible for following duties with respect to environmental requirements as required of them by the organisation to ensure work is conducted in accordance with current applicable legislation, company policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for assessing risk within their processes, communicating environmental issues and good ideas to their line management

Key skills:
- Excellent Excel and Data inputting experience
- Experience in SAGE Accounts
- Stock monitoring and checking experience
- Excellent communication skills - customer and client liason
