Our client, an established organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The role is office based Mon to Fri 8am – 5pm.

We are open to candidates with previous experience or those looking for their first office opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with completion and return supplier forms / questionnaires
  • Updating customer portals
  • Assist Contracts Service Manager
  • Giving pricing on products and services
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Order processing
  • Assist with the ordering and shipping of products
Skills/Experience
  • Must have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Previous experience with CRM would be an advantage
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
  • Time Management and the ability to “self-think” and prioritise
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn
