Office Administrator - great training!!

Our client, a recruitment company based in Marlow, is looking for a bright and conscientious person to join their team as an Office/Finance Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to learn and develop their career within finance/acccounts and there will be the potential to study for your AAT qualifications.

Working alongside the CFO, your duties will encompass admin, IT support and Finance.

Duties include
- Admin - incoming and outgoing post
- Admin - packages for courier
- Admin - general support to CFO
- IT - help manage back up tapes
- IT - help manage timesheet system
- Finance - input supplier invoices on accounting system
- Finance - record credit card payments on finance system
- Facilities - assist providing building services

The successful candidate will have a good work ethic, and strong IT skills.
