Office Administrator

Our client, a small friendly company, is looking to recruit an organised, motivated, confident Administrator to join their friendly team.

The role will involve a substantial amount of general office administration which will include writing letters, inputting data, speaking to suppliers and invoicing.

No prior experience of any accounting software packages is required but you will be shown how to invoice using Sage.

Applicants must be computer literate and comfortable finding information online, using email throughout the day, and will be using Microsoft Word.

Please note this role is to start as soon as possible. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm.

Duties will include

  • Writing letters
  • Inputting data
  • Inputting orders
  • Speaking to suppliers and invoicing
  • Emailing suppliers to request information such as availability and pricing information
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required

Skills/Experience

  • Experienced Administrator with good IT skills
  • Excellent communicator with attention to detail

  • Bright, intelligent
