Office Administrator required for a friendly team based just outside of Windsor!

Salary: up to £18k

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Location: Windsor

Must be a driver due to location!

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Type up various scopes, quotations and emails for estimators and director
  • Create and maintain information using spreadsheets
  • Meeting requests and calendar management
  • Telephone answering, message taking & greeting visitors
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper Job and Tender files
  • Responsible for the maintenance schedules of company vehicles
  • First point of contact for site personnel
  • Implement requests according to administrative policies and procedures
  • Compiling and collating site manuals
  • Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others
  • Ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies
  • Various ad-hoc duties including booking travel, hotel rooms and purchase of company equipment as directed
  • Any other duties as required and directed

Skills and Ability:

  • Professional with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate typing skills, of at least 45 wpm
  • Effective team working and the ability to work independently using own initiative
  • Confident and assertive with a self-motivated approach and flexible 'can do' attitude
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload
  • Ability to cope under pressure in a busy office and work to tight deadlines

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office, ideally within the construction industry
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft products
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Experience of communicating effectively verbally and in written reports
