Great opportunity to join a successful FTSE listed company. Specialising in pensions and investment consulting our client is looking for a Office Administrator to join their office in Wokingham.

As Office Administrator you will be required to give support to the Wokingham office as well as undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties.

Main responsibilities:

- Managing, prioritising and scheduling meetings as and when required
- Organising and planning client meetings
- Providing secretarial/administrative support to Wokingham office
- preparing presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting the monthly billing process
- Perform front of house reception duties when required
- General office housekeeping

Main Skills and Experience:

- Computer literate to an intermediate level
- Experience in a secretarial support role
- Previous front of house reception experience desirable but not essential
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE or equivalent standard, ideally including Maths and English - minimum grade B
