Office Administrator

Would you like to join the Operations team within a global IT company being a key point of contact and collaborating with stakeholders?

Your key responsibility will be to manage the administration function within the department, playing an integral role in collaboration in their fast-paced environment.

Other duties will include:

  • Process and complete all supplier request forms
  • Process, complete and document all confidentiality and non-disclosure form requests
  • Customer & Supplier Contract terms and conditions reviews and management
  • Coordinate all Requests for Information (RFI)
  • Partnership, supplier, vendor and certification process management
  • Process and update all customer renewal payments and agreements
  • Maintain and adhere to all department SLAs
  • Manage and process all contracts & agreements
  • Conduct courtesy calls to customers
  • Any other admin ad-hoc duties

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience from an administration role
  • Proactive with a positive and customer focused approach
  • A conversant user of Windows and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Analytical thinker and process driven
