Office Administrator

Our client based in Ascot is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their growing small team. This is a newly created position and their ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator/PA or Executive Assistant who has a good understanding of procurement and tendering processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the directors
  • Inputting entries on to Sage
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Liaising with onsite contractors
  • Obtaining and collating quotes from suppliers and manufacturers
  • Assist with new bid/tender submissions
  • Create and update the internal product database
  • General office duties - filing, stationery order etc

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting system
  • Articulate communicator with excellent email/telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability multitask and prioritise work to meet set deadlines.
  • Good presentation skills for document preparation
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude
  • As part of a small team, a flexible attitude and willingness to undertake other ad hoc duties is essential.
