Our client is a small, friendly, family run business based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire looking for an administrator to provide general office support. The hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 - 5.

Role:

Providing general administrative office support and assisting the service coordinators in the smooth running of the service department. You'll also be supporting the Office Manager by maintaining the administration of both health and safety and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing general administrative support to the service department and office manager
* Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with enquires
* Checking/dealing with Services and Enquiries email Inbox
* Opening and distributing Post
* Writing up paying-in books for client cheques
* Signing for/distributing deliveries
* Filing
* The completion of Health & Safety Subcontractor Questionnaires
* Responding to client requests for updated policy documents
* Issuing Risk Assessment & Method Statements to customers where required
* Assisting in the preparation of both Health & Safety and Quality Management Audits
* Assist in the administration tasks of H&S and QM processes
* Booking of Training
* Ordering of Supplies
* Assisting Accounts with invoicing queries
* Issuing of purchase orders to suppliers.
* Updating Open Ace Customer and Site database.
* Processing Engineer Report Sheets and Certificates through to invoicing.
* Processing of Supplier invoices

Essential Skills Required:

* A methodical, orderly and professional approach to work
* Must be able to work towards their own initiative
* Competent with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
* A Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Willing to work as part of a team and learn new tasks as the role will evolve

Benefits:
