A well-established business based on the outskirts of Reading are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team! The salary for this role is circa £18,000-£22,000 dependant on experience.

Part time role, 20-25hrs per week

Annual Salary £21-25,000.00 (£10,500.00 - £12,500.00 pro rata - based on 20hrs per week)

Based in Suttons Business Park, Reading

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Managing stationary and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries
  • Budget management
  • Liaising with staff and suppliers
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Maintaining office condition
  • Expenses claims
  • Order processing
  • Order tracking
  • Sales reporting
  • Supporting sales team with day to day administrative activities
  • Taking phone calls
