Office Manager/Business Support Executive

Due to a long standing member of staff retiring, our client, a small yet successful organisation, is looking for a Business Support Executive/Office Manager to join them.

The position entails providing administration support to the leadership team of directors and to manage the day to day running of the office, being responsible for a wide range of duties including HR admin, company car/fleet, H&S, facilities and PA/Admin support to directors.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be happy to "muck" in with a wide range of duties and possess a positive and friendly attitude.

The role would suit someone from a non corporate environment.

Our client offers very good benefits including a 10% bonus plus free parking.

Duties include
* Maintaining diaries and meeting room bookings
* Booking hotels and flights for MD and directors
* Organising corporate hospitality and events
* Answering the phone, taking messages for employees
* Assisting with HR duties such as setting up new employees, taking notes at disciplinary meetings, preparing inductions
* Liaising with car leasing companies
* Arranging for company cars to be valeted
* Making sure all fleet administration is up to date
* Facilities management for the office
* Ordering stationery
* Making sure the kitchen area is clean, tidy and well stocked with supplies
* Maintaining telephone list, fire warden list, etc
* Maintaining subscriptions to important trade publications
* Dealing with occasional consumer complaints

Skills/Experience
* Experience in a similar role (office management, facilities management, PA/Senior Admin)
* Team player, helpful, enthusiastic
* Articulate with excellent communication skills
* Superb attention to detail
* Loyal, discreet, strong work ethic
* Able to multi task
