Office Manager - Flexible Hours

Our client based in Maidenhead require an Office Manager to join their dynamic, motivated team to be responsible for the general operations of the office, HR for europe and to support the Marketing and Finance Teams.

Key Duties

· Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, visa applications and car rental reservations
· General admin for the UK office such as recording of holidays, raising POs and purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
· Admin for the Group Pension and Share schemes for all employees
· Dealing with the landlord and all third-party vendors for the company (e.g. cleaning, security companies)
· HR responsibilities including issuing online tests for new starters, drafting new contracts of employment, completing all new starter / leaver forms and completing an induction programme for each new employee
· Supporting the Finance team with paying in cheques, month-end & half year-end holiday accruals, web filing and annual confirmations at Companies House, credit card administration and fleet admin
· SIM card service admin management
· Support the Marketing team with updates to product literature using InDesign and Photoshop software
· Coordinate the translation of marketing documents with a third-party vendor and the sales teams.

Person Profile/Skills & Experience

· Self-Starter and comfortable working with minimal supervision
· Degree level qualification
· Good general education with excellent written and spoken English
· Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
· Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
· Willingness to undertake all training as necessary to be fully effective in post
