You will provide support to the Office Manager; organising meetings & events, managing calendars, organising travel, filing confidential documentation as well as providing general office support to the partners as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling meetings
  • Diary management & support for the Board and Partner meetings
  • Assist with organising company events
  • Support recruitment process
  • Support Office Manager with various tasks and administration

Key Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
  • High level of IT literacy - particularly MS Word
  • Career driven, keen to grow with an organisation
  • Excellent Communication skills
