Operations Administrator - 12 month contract

Our client, a vibrant and growing IT company who are often voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK, is looking for a diligent Operations Administrator to join their friendly, fast paced team. This role will give you and insight into the overall sales process and provide you with invaluable hands-on experience.

Up to £21,000 dep on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Checking and maintaining data
- Working with finance, purchasing and account payable to help resolve invoicing issues
- Vendor and Distribution relationships, rebate schemes and marketing claims and procedures
- Support the Operations and Customer Services teams with general day to day organisation and execution of tasks and activities
- Logging all return details onto the system
- Chasing supplier credit notes
- Resolves all queries and discrepancies with both customers and suppliers

Key Skills:
- Highly organised with high attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills, on all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with others
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and have excellent analytical and numerical skills
