Operations Administrator - 12 month contract

We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a renowned organisation based in Maidenhead as an Operations Administrator (Fixed 12-month contract). You will support the Operations team with a variety of tasks and liaise with different departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration support within the operations team
  • Arrange and administrate the translation of documents
  • Processing orders, liaising with suppliers
  • Compiling and maintaining the companies H&S action plan and updating the relevant intranet pages
  • Liaise with Facilities department to coordinate shipping and deliveries

Key Skills

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Previous experience arranging meetings and events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Educated to A-Level standard

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
