Our client, based in Maidenhead, is seeking a strong and resilient Administrator to join the operations team and fulfil a challenging and rewarding position which you can make your own.

You will have previous strong administrative experience and be available to work within a small team.

Benefits include: 25 days holiday rising to 30 days after 5 years, pension matched up to 11% of salary, life assurance & starting salary c£20,000

Duties Include

  • To manage the contract administration closely with Technical Manager
  • To scan documents for the inspection database
  • To collate and update records of contacts, contracts, contractors and specifications
  • To provide administrative support in the management of adhoc projects and contracts
  • Investigate payment queries and feedback to finance, supervisors and/or contractors
  • To collate data on Regional activities to assist in analysis of Regional and Area performance against agreed targets
  • To provide administrative support to the Regional Managers in terms of filing, searching archives and providing contact details.
  • To provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as requested
  • To provide administrative support to Op's teams within region with any Clarity travel related issues
  • Coordinate event requests, update events data base, notify interested parties
  • To deal with operational and maintenance enquiries and complaints (by telephone, mail, e-mail or salesforce) or identify the correct person to forward these onto
  • To prepare reports by photocopying, laminating, collating and binding documents
  • To assist with the arrangements for meetings and act as minute taker
  • Assisting with other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the UKNA office
