Our client, a successful company in the technology sector, is looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join them due to an internal promotion.

The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and is based in Maidenhead.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role will be positive, motivated and happy to be flexible and work as part of an innovative and client focused company.

Duties include

  • Liaising with management company for the office building about facility issues
  • Liaising with supplier for facilities support
  • Assisting with office space planning
  • Responsibility for Health & Safety within the office
  • Managing cleaning contract
  • Keeping kitchen fully stocked, clean and tidy
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Logging invoices on system
  • Request payment of invoices
  • Tracking licenses and subscriptions
  • Assisting with finance administration
  • Answering telephone and handling enquiries
  • Assisting with recruitment (liaising with agencies and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, preparing for new starters)
  • Assisting events organiser

We are looking for a candidate with experience from a similar role who has

  • Strong IT skills
  • Is positive, flexible, and hands on
  • Has excellent attention to detail
