Our client, an international organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for an organised and customer focused Operations Administrator to join them

This role will provide operational and financial management of contracts within a specific team. This person will also provide support to the customer and to the sales team from point of order through to delivery on site by liaising with relevant intercompany departments and suppliers on status of orders.

Key responsibilities:
Administration and management of the current contract portfolio
Ensuring jobs are closed out and correctly
Accurate cost allocation of contracts
Preparation of contract financial analysis
Logistic planning on product deliveries across the UK
Support the order management process and communication to and from customers
Lead digital platform capabilities with operations engineers and work with intercompany departments to deliver improvements on existing platforms
Provide back up to current Compliance Support role

Skills and Experience:
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths required
Experience of having worked in a Customer Service, Sales/Commercial Support, Administration or similar role
Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally
Passionate about customer service
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload
A team player
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Excel, Word)
Working knowledge of Google Suite would be advantageous
