Our client, an innovative and vibrant company in the IT software and financial services sectors, is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager (with compliance experience and knowledge ideally of ISO20071) to join their team.

This is a brand new role for this dynamic and growing organisation.

The successful candidate will report directly into the MD and will have responsibility for the smooth running of day to day operations including

  • HR
  • Finance
  • Sales
  • Compliance


  • Management of recruitment process, staff retention planning and management of disciplinary and dismissal process when necessary
  • Management of operations staff (HR, Finance, Sales)
  • Monitoring and taking appropriate action on changing legislation that affect staff
  • Overall responsibility for making sure the company complies with all up to date legislation, compliance, ISO, GDPR, etc


  • Experience in a similar role
