Order Processing/Logistics Administrator - 6 month contract

Our client based just outside of Maidenhead are looking for a Sales Support and Logistics Administrator to join them on a 6-month contract. The right candidate will provide high level customer service, quickly and accurately processing customer enquiries and orders. Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders and managing all customer and internal queries
  • Maintaining the customer's pricing structure
  • Organising shipping schedules
  • Export control regulations
  • Looking after all the logistic data
  • Filing and maintaining all records such as import and statutory compliance documents

Key Skills:

  • Over 2 years' experience in an order processing / logistics role
  • Logical and proactive team player with excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office - D365 would be beneficial
