PA - Administrative Assistant

Based in the heart of Windsor, our client is a privately held software company with a 39 year track record of consistent growth and profitability.

They are currently seeking a PA and administrative support for the UK Bid and Sales Teams and administrative support on an as-needed basis for other areas of the business.

Key responsibilities:
* PA support to the Bid Manager, including arranging internal and external meetings, booking travel, gatekeeping, processing expenses, etc
* General admin support to the sales/demo team including organising flight, hotel and taxi bookings through a dedicated travel agency
* Weekly tracking and recording of staff locations
* Attendance at monthly sales meetings which requires preparation of agendas, collation of monthly reports and the taking of accurate minutes
* Arranging ad-hoc meetings, sometimes off-site, including organising catering
* Raising purchase orders
* Tracking team travel and approval of invoices
* Tracking contractor timesheets and invoices
* Project support during implementation period including document management, control of project intranet page (SharePoint), minute taking at project reviews

Key skills:
* Previous Admin/PA experience, preferably in an international company
* Experience of reporting into multiple managers
* Strong administration, planning and organisational skills
* Good written and oral communication
* Ability to produce accurate and professional written documentation, particularly on MS Word
* Self-starter who can be proactive and forward thinking but can also react quickly to urgent situations
* Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Concur and MS Project advantageous
* Previous project support beneficial
* Ability to multi-task
