Our client, a non for profit organisation offering super benefits, is looking Administrative and Personal Assistant to join their friendly team. This role will be responsible for supporting two departments and the Director.

This is a great opportunity for someone with admin experience looking to develop their PA skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling all core office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and processing expenses
* Diary management - booking appointments and ensuring no scheduling conflicts
* Making travel arrangements as required for the Director and the Estates Manager
* Carrying out personal assistant duties as required for the Director
* Generate reports, typing up meeting minutes, creating presentations, and conducting research
* Any ad-hoc duties as required

Key Skills
* Excellent organisation and communication skills at all levels
* Proficient IT and MS Office skills
* Resilient and flexible with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal direction
* Enthusiastic with a positive, 'can do' attitude and a desire to succeed
* Good decision-making skills and the ability to analyse problems
* Highly experienced in delivering a quality administrative service in a fast paced environment
* Proven track record of applying attention to detail when undertaking tasks
